SDI Properties was founded by a small group of local business partners. As a company, we have hired a dynamic and innovative team with over 75 years combined experience in Real Estate Finance, Design, and Architecture. We are excited about the future of our projects both locally and nationally as we continue to build a track record of excellence in Real Estate Development.

Commercial, Residential, & Land Development

Our company began with an initial focus on the development of three luxury condominium hotel projects at The Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. In addition to our hospitality projects in Park City, we have purchased, developed, and sold various property interests including properties located in Salt Lake City, South Dakota, and Texas.
